Wed, 14 Dec 2016 11:19:24 +0000 Dear Editor, I find it primitive whenever I see traffic police officers coming out from a hiding place to stop an over speeding motorist. I believe traffic police patrols must be visible so that motorists do not over speed. The purpose of traffic patrols is to help reduce accidents by ensuring that motorists adhere to traffic rules. There is no need for our Traffic officers to mount speed traps in bushes. Let them do it openly and help prevent accidents. Wisdom Kaunda, Kabwe
