And Mr Mwila has warned Mufulira Mayor Gift Mushinge against luring party structures in the area to work with the Kantanshi Independent parliamentarian Anthony Mumba. Mr Mwila said he was expecting members of the ruling party to actively defend government programmes to ensure that citizens understood why Government was making certain decisions. “If you, members of PF, do not explain government programmes and why Government is taking certain decisions, the opposition may take advantage to misleading or telling lies to the people.
