This is because it will be very difficult to reach any consensus given the prevailing political hostility being exhibited. To avoid any confusion, there should be a well-defined transition arrangement leading to the 2021 general elections. It will be a total disaster to hold another election under the current new Constitution but we should still remove the deputy ministers and leave the cabinet as it is. Everything else, we can refer back to 1996 or better still, the 1964 Constitution inherited from Britain.
