Sub chief Sanjongo of the Luvale-speaking people in West bank of Chavuma district said for long time the area has had no passable road connecting Chavuma and the West Bank of Zambezi district. He said residents especially farmers used to find it difficult to transport their produce to the market due to poor road network. “I want to thank Government for thinking of us by giving us this road. Previously, we used to find it very difficult in terms of movement,” the traditional leader said.
