Sat, 26 Nov 2016 13:41:08 +0000 THE Anti-Corruption Commission has arrested Mongu Subordinate Court Magistrate Webster Milumbe for conspiracy to commit a felony. ACC corporate affairs officer Christopher Chibanku said Milumbe, 42, of house no. 6, Kambule Street, in Mongu, has been charged with one count of conspiracy to commit a felony contrary to Section 394 of the Penal Code. Particulars of the offence are that Mr Milumbe between May 1, 2014, and December 31, 2014, in Mongu district did conspire with Brian Mutoiwa, a court interpreter at the same court, to commit forgery by acknowledging that he had signed a warrant of commitment to undergo imprisonment for a named convict, thereby misleading the Zambia Correctional Services officers to release the convict prematurely.
