BoZ governor, Denny Kalyalya, said Standard Chartered Bank and other banks in Zambia, had a role to play in helping where they could during challenging times. He was speaking when the Standard Chartered Bank and the BoZ boarded the ‘110 years bus’ on Saturday to officially launch Standard Chartered Bank’s ‘110 years in Zambia – Here for Africa’ campaign. “It is good that Standard Chartered Bank has stayed in Zambia throughout the different economic cycles, and that they have stayed in the good times as well as the challenging times,” he said.
