ZDDM vice president Charles Kafumbo told the Daily Nation, that the political situation in the country seemed to be gloomy hence their concern to appeal to the President to announce the date to convene the interparty dialogue meetings. “Your Excellency, we have patiently waited for your response to our petition over the above matter but response has come back to us. As a concerned national party which believes in engaging each other through inter party dialogue.
