UNITED Party for National Development (UPND) Provincial Party Secretary Winnerson Ng’uni says that the use of the bible when swearing in government officials should be scrutinized because the same officials have failed to protect and defend the country’s constitution even after holding the holy book in their hands. Mr. Ng’uni suggested that the bible should be spared because it is a respectable book which no one should use to cheat the public.
