Fri, 14 Sep 2012 13:46:34 +0000 President Michael Sata has retired Secretary to Cabinet Evans Chibiliti and has since appointed Dr Rowland Msiska the deputy to Mr Chibiliti to act as Secretary. The former Secretary to Cabinet had signed a two year contract with the government but has only served less than a year. Mr Chibiliti was retired in public interest on 10th September 2012.
