Tue, 04 Sep 2012 12:01:27 +0000 A letter of reconciliation by the Barotse Royal Establishment (BRE) to the Nkoya Royal Establishment (NRE) over contentious issues between the two has been rejected. According to reports obtained by the Daily Nation, the reconciliation letter was aimed at bringing both parties together to discuss issues of concern such as the secession bid and land wrangles. But the Nkoyas condemned the manner in which the procedure of delivering the letter to two Nkoya chiefs, Mwene Kahare and Mwene Mutondo through their spokesperson Chihene was done.
