Thu, 24 May 2012 19:24:11 +0000 High Court Judge Fulgence Chisanga has warned government to stop commenting on the tribunal which is before her court as doing so amounted to contempt of court. This was after one of the lawyers representing suspended Judges Nigel Mutuna, and Charles Kajimanga Abyudi Shonga asked the court for Guidance on the matter. This follows an outburst from Minister of Justice Sebastian Zulu who suggesting that the judiciary was panicking and later warned of judicial dictatorship after justice Chisanga granted the suspended judges a judicial review. “Before the respondent proceeds, there is an issue we wish to raise by way of seeking the courts guidance.
