CCPC provincial investigations officer James Chalungumana revealed that out of the targeted 160 cases which were recorded, 144 were resolved. He said the commission is hoping to resolve the remaining 36 cases before the end of the year. “As a commission we have made strides in addressing some of the unfair practices between traders and consumers. And this year alone, we have recorded beyond what we targeted for,” he said.
