Mon, 30 Nov -0001 00:00:00 +0000 UNITED Party for National Development (UPND) deputy national chairperson for youth and sports development, Michael Chuzu has been arrested by police in Lusaka and charged with theft by servant. Eastern Province Police Commissioner, Alex Chilufya confirmed the arrest to the Daily Nation yesterday. Mr. Chuzu, who is a Chipata based resident was on Police wanted list in Eastern Province for issuing a statement on Chipata Television (CTV) that the UPND did not recognise President Edgar Lungu as the legitimate elected Head of State.
