By BARNABAS ZULU THE Tonse Alliance has declared its opposition to any proposal by the government to delimitate bigger constituencies ahead of the 2026 general elections. Recently, President Hakainde Hichilema announced that the government plans to delimitate bigger constituencies as part of preparations for the 2026 general elections.
