By GRACE CHAILE TWO doctors, Dr. Zacks Ndumba and Dr. Samuel Siyanga, have filed a lawsuit against the Resident Doctors Association of Zambia (RDAZ) after being barred from participating in the organisation’s upcoming elections. The doctors, who claim to be paid-up members of RDAZ, are seeking a declaration from the Lusaka High Court that the decision to disqualify them from the elections was unlawful and contrary to the organisation’s constitution. They are also seeking an injunction to prevent RDAZ from proceeding with the elections, scheduled for April 2025, until the matter is resolved.
