There is therefore need for systematic changes to promote healthier livelihoods. Speaking during the commemoration of World Obesity Day, under the theme “Changing Systems for Healthier Lives”, Secretary General, Brenda Chitindi said the alarming obesity crisis had a negative impact on public health.
