GEORGE Chisanga, the Lukashya Member of Parliament says the window period for a serious undertaking of amending the constitution before the 2026 general election has passed. Mr Chisanga who is also former Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) president further, there was no demand for constitutional amendment to warrant the process as time has elapsed before the country went to polls.
