By NATION REPORTER NEVERS Mumba has been sued by two people namely Frank Bowa and Edith Matakala for his illegal extended stay as MMD president beyond 2021. The plaintiff also have told the High Court that Dr Mumba alongside Elizabeth Chitika has failed to hold fresh elections to elect an eligible president from 2021. Mr Bowa and Ms Matakala have submitted that Dr Mumba had held office for a third term which was against the MMD constitution.
