By GRACE CHAILE A LUSAKA resident, Precious Lubinda, has taken Topstar Communications Company Limited to court after being evicted from a house she won in the company’s 2017 Christmas promotion. Ms Lubinda subscribed to Topstar’s pay television service for three months to participate in the promotion, which offered a two-bedroom house as one of its prizes.
