By BARNABAS ZULU THE United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) has accused President Hakainde Hichilema of using constitutional amendments as part of a broader political strategy, or “imingalato,” to retain power ahead of the 2026 elections. UKA spokesperson Ms. Saboi Imboela criticised the President for remarks suggesting backdoor methods to amend the Constitution.
