By NATION REPORTER REPORTS have emerged that caderism, a practice President Hakainde Hichilema vowed to eradicate upon assuming office, has resurfaced in Lusaka’s Central Business District (CBD). According to witnesses and victims, UPND cadres are now actively operating on streets along Lumumba Road, Freedom Way, and at bus stops, extorting money from bus drivers, conductors, callboys and vendors. A snap check revealed that the situation is worsening, with bus drivers being subjected to intimidation and threats by these cadres.
