By BUUMBA CHIMBULU TO ensure maximum utilisation of newly commissioned airports, Cabinet has approved the issuance of a Statutory Instrument to waive landing, parking and navigation charges as well as fees for a period of 12 months. This is for at all newly commissioned provincial and strategic airports in Zambia.
