THE Zambia National Service and Anhui Shui’an Construction Group Corporation of China have been contracted by government to construct the GreenField Airport in Nakonde and the upgrading of Mfuwe International Airport respectively at a combined total cost of over K4 billion. Minister of Transport and Logistics, Frank Tayali, says the contract for the Nakonde Airport has been awarded at a cost of K2, 858,176,374.46, to be completed in the period of 36 months.
