By BARNABAS ZULU, HOPE MUSONDA and SHARON ZULU THE ruling United Party for National Development (UPND) has, with immediate effect, dissolved its Eastern Province Committee following a humiliating defeat at the hands of the Tonse Alliance in the recent Petauke elections.
