BARNABAS ZULU ZAMBIANS should closely follow the ongoing case regarding the stay of ministers in office after the dissolution of Parliament because there are schemes by the UPND government to have the 2016 Constitutional Court judgement reversed, George Chisanga has said. Mr Chisanga, the Patriotic Front (PF) Lukashya Member of Parliament has expressed concerns that the UPND could be habouring ulterior motives in pushing for a reversal of a 2016 Constitutional Court ruling, which had ordered that Ministers who stayed in office after the dissolution of Parliament should pay back the money because they were in office illegally.
