By NATION REPORTER PATRIOTIC Front (PF) renegade Members of Parliament, who have aligned themselves with the UPND and campaigned for the ruling party in the Petauke by-election should have their seats declared vacant as they are constitutionally deemed to have crossed the floor, Binwell Mpundu has said. Citing two constitutional precedencies, Mr Mpundu, the Nkana Independent law maker said in 2019, a point of order was raised by Makebi Zulu in which he challenged the position of the then Member of Parliament Chishimba Kambwili in whose political conduct had amounted to crossing the floor.
