By NATION REPORTER THE National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) has reportedly cancelled a validly awarded contract after concluding the process, a move that has sparked apprehension in the organisation about the influence of external forces and compromise in its procurement processes. A written press query sent to NAPSA detailing events of how the contract was cancelled was not responded two weeks after it had been sent, despite Cephas Sinyangwe, the public relations officer having acknowledged receipt of the query.
