By GRACE CHAILE PATRIOTIC Front Secretary General Raphael Nakacinda’s lawyers have filed an application to expunge the testimony of Timothy Moono, head of corporate communication and public relations at the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC). Moono, 52, testified in a case where Nakacinda is accused of seditious practices for alleging that President Hakainde Hichilema instructed law enforcement agencies, including the ACC, to raid the home of former President Edgar Lungu.
