By GIDEON NYENDWA LUAPULA Police chief Mwala Yuyi has caused the arrest of Mambilima Member of Parliament Jean Chisenga and Lusaka-based lawyer Celestine Mukandila, days after the two sued him for negligence and abuse of authority. The two were yesterday taken into custody on charges of obstructing electoral officers during the nomination process for the Kawambwa Central parliamentary by-election on November 21, 2024 a violation of Section 891, Subsection 35 of the Electoral Process Act of 2016.
