By NATION REPORTER MOSES Moyo, the second deputy Speaker misconducted himself when he openly declared support for President Hakainde Hichilema as preferred presidential candidate for the 2026 general election, an association of former Members of Parliament has stated. Yizukanji Siwanzi, the former Nakonde MP and president of the Association of Former Parliamentarians said in an interview in yesterday that presiding officers in Parliament are always expected to be impartial and non-partisan.
