By GIDEON NYENDWA MILES Sampa has demanded that the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) should move and make public the outcome of the investigations into the US$21 million Zambia Army and Ministry of Defence contract as well as what could have happened to the US$1 billion dead stock of crude oil that was in the TAZAMA Pipeline after government single-sourced the use of the pipeline.
