By BARNABAS ZULU A CATHOLIC priest, Father Andrew Chewe Mukosa, has condemned Zesco’s decision to raise electricity tariffs while failing to fulfil its promise of providing citizens with at least seven hours of power daily, saying it is criminal to load-shed citizens after the adjustment.
