By GRACE CHAILE EDITH Nawakwi, the president of the Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD), yesterday failed to attend court session due to her reported terminal illness. Ms Nawakwi is facing two charges of seditious practices, contrary to Section 57 subsection 1 part b of the Penal Code Act Chapter 87 of the laws of Zambia.
