But Miles Sampa, the Patriotic Front (PF) Matero Member of Parliament has questioned the failure by government to reduce the country’s fuel debt, which he says has grown from US$597 million in 2021 to US$735 million by the end of 2024. “At the time of assuming Government, the New Dawn found a debt of $478 million in unpaid supply of fuel to various vendors,” he said.
