By NATION REPORTER GOVERNMENT has dispelled assertions that about US$2.5 billion, belonging to ZCCM-IH was allegedly misappropriated by First Quantum Minerals (FQM) and externalized to Panama leading to the arrest of its director. Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane, the Minister of Finance has clarified that Zambia did not lose the said us$2.5 billion as was being alleged because the said money did not belong to the Zambian government.
