By NATION REPORTER THERE is nothing sinister for the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) to replace people’s lost or damaged voters’ card and the trend has always been the case, Cornelius Mweetwa has said. Mr Mweetwa has denied allegations that the ECZ, working in collusion with the UPND were engaged in electoral fraud and were involved in rigging the results of the Pambashe and Petauke by-elections.
