By GIDEON NYENDWA THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) yesterday arrested Tasila Lungu for alleged money laundering and being in possession of a farm in Sinda, a matter which is before the Court of Appeal. Charles Changano, the lawyer representing Ms Lungu said he was surprised where the charge of money laundering could have come from over a farm that has title deeds from government. “This means the government authorised that farm and so, how can it be proceed of crime today when the state authorised her to possess the same.
