Hosts Nkwazi took an early lead in the 14th minute through Innocent Katshita and extended their advantage in the 40th minute with a stunning goal from Lasanga Kenneth to lead 2-0 at halftime. But Zesco made made two crucial substitutions in the second half, introducing Mukuka and Edward Lungu to replace George Ngoma and Vitalis Gantar.
