By BARNABAS ZULU THE Patriotic Front (PF) has accused Mwangala Zaloumis, the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) chairperson of brazenly attempting to breach the Constitution by declaring that she will not cancel an election in the event that a candidate in the electoral contest decides to withdraw from the race. Emmanuel Mwamba, the PF information and publicity chairperson has warned that Ms Zaloumis would be violating the Constitution by proceeding with an election after one of the candidates decided to withdraw from the election.
