By NATION REPORTER THE Local Content Statutory Instrument will operationalise local content development in the Geological Minerals Development Bill which according to Namakau Kaingu has so far empowered villagers to participate in mining. Ms Kaingu, the Association of Zambian Women in Mining president is elated with both the Bill and the Statutory Instrument (SI) saying the law will encourage Zambians, especially women to fully participate in mining with full benefits.
