By BARNABAS ZULU ELVIS Nkandu has charged that the opposition political parties shall remain fragmented because of selfishness coupled with individualist aspirations with each one aspiring to be president and believing they would defeat the UPND individually. Mr Nkandu, a member of the UPND national management committee has lampooned the opposition, mocking them as being nothing but jokers with no proper agenda and accusing them of failing to provide credible checks and balances due to individual ambitions for the presidency.
