By NATION REPORTER CITIZENS’ First is hopeful that they will win both the Petauke Central and Pambashe seats as they announced candidates backed by the United Kwacha Alliance (UKA). The two seats were held by Independent MP Emmanuel Jay Banda and Ronald Chitotela who was from the Patriotic Front. Mr Banda is in hiding while Mr Chitotela is serving a jail term.
