By MONICA KAYOMBO AFRICA Medical Foundation (AMREF) has expressed its heartfelt concern over the decision by the United States (US) to withdraw from the World Health Organisation (WHO), saying the decision would badly affect Africa, the US and the world over in areas of climate change and human-environmental conflict.
