By GRACE CHAILE THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has ordered the transfer of a case involving two brothers, Ernest Kaumba and Elijah Kaumba, who are accused of insulting President Hakainde Hichilema in a TikTok video. Their lawyer, Makebi Zulu Advocates, had requested the transfer, arguing that the offence was committed in Kalulushi and should be tried there. According to Mr Zulu, the law requires that an offence be tried within the local limits of jurisdiction where it is committed.
