By NATION REPORTER NDOLA-BASED democracy advocate Fabian Mutale has blasted Douglas Syakalima, the Minister of Education for describing leaders in the Patriotic Front (PF) as monkeys who stole the country. Mr Mutale has charged that the remarks by Mr Syakalima were nothing but hate speech against a selected class of people from selected parts of the country.
