By NATION REPORTER ZAMBIA’s Sixth President Edgar Lungu has accused President Hakainde Hichilema of scheming to reverse yet another Constitutional Court decision against Cabinet Ministers staying in office after dissolution of Parliament in 2016 and has described the plan as another high profiled assault on the country’s judiciary, democracy and constitutionalism. But the Presidency has denied assertions that President Hakainde Hichilema has choreographed a plot to destroy the Judiciary and constitutionalism by allegedly working at reversing the Constitutional Court ruling against Cabinet Ministers who remained in office after the dissolution of Parliament in 2016.
