By BARNABAS ZULU THE Acton Institute for Policy Analysis Centre (AIPAC) has raised grave concerns over police misconduct in Zambia, ahead of the highly anticipated visit of the UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights, scheduled for January 19. In a statement, yesterday, AIPAC executive directive Solomon Ngoma expressed optimism about the visit, but also underscored the need to address specific human rights issues, particularly those related to the Zambia Police.
