By NATION REPORTER THE Patriotic Front (PF) has decided to petition the United States of America (USA), the European Union (EU) and other international partners to considering monitoring Zambia’s by-elections so that they could have first-hand information about the violence and vote manipulation being perpetrated by the UPND in collaboration with the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ).
