By HOPE MUSONDA THE Patriotic Front (PF) has called on the UPND government to manage vendors and marketeers in a humane manner as demolishing their stalls could easily spark unrest in townships. Edwin Lifwekelo, the PF media director has described the partial demolition of the shops in the early hours of yesterday as a sad and careless act on the part of the government.
