By BARNABAS ZULU LUSAKA is experiencing a critical fuel shortage, with several filling stations running out of petrol, while long queues have formed at stations that still have supplies. Despite Government assurances that the situation would stabilise, many stations remain without fuel, leading to growing frustration among residents. Economist Emmanuel Zulu has attributed the fuel crisis to the monthly review of fuel prices, which he believes causes instability in the market.
